Insect Bites

These are multiple small lesions with a denuded peak in the central area. The primary lesions seem to have been blisters on an inflammatory bed.

This is a manifestation of insect bites. The patient’s history confirms this clinical impression since he felt insect bites while in a barbecue in the central region of Panama near the Canal.
