The lesion photographed consisted of nodules, vesicles
over a relatively well defined are of the left thigh.
The differential diagnosis of this lesion includes:
herpes zoster, a fungal or bacterial infection from
either systemic spread or autoinoculation, or a
neoplastic disorder. This patient already carried a
diagnosis of Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. The biopsy of the
lesion reveled lymphoma.
