January/2008 ANSWER 9=C DISCUSSION: There is no overt cardiomegaly. The cardiac silhouette is borderline enlarged. There is evidence of calcification in the aortic knob. There is no pleural effusion visible in the film. The cloudiness in the bases is due to the breast tissue and the poor to borderline penetration of the film. There is evident a right lower lobe infiltrate and the minor fissue is observable also suggesting the accumulation in its topography of wither fluid and/or inflammatory agents. |
